This is a Project based university studies and aims at setting up teaching & learning centers/campuses in all regions and Districts where we will get registrations. To achieve this goal Go university has a team of acedemic and management consultants/managers in all regions of Ghana to effect immediate set up of study centers.

Go University is a private sector initiative millennium goal targeted University and is starting operation in Ghana to give equal access and opportunity for higher education. (Every one deserves the chance of a higher education).

Our major goals are:
-To educate as many as possible in SHS, undergraduate, graduate, diploma and certificate social-economic disciplines .

-Develop projects to enhance employment opportunities for our graduates and help solve some major business, social health & modern services needs like midwifery, paramedics, ambulance systems & citizens advice bureaus, energy, old age management services etc.

-To develop post graduate studies in (Ghana) local research and project based courses in Masters & PhD levels to

fully identify and exploit developing countries' (Ghana's) potentials.

The goals stated above are based on a true statistical information which identifies Africa (developing countries) as

the lowest per higher education achievement on % population levels.

Whilst most developed countries have the highest average rate of about 70% higher education delivery, Africa has just 5%!

No country can develop sustainably in volume without a full conscious program of mass higher education.

ADMISSION/ENROLLMENT PERIODS

We will start new studies each trimester : Sept/October, Feb/march, May/June, each year, meaning students can enroll anytime of the year for all courses including also SHS + University studies.. We follow a modular and Adult education trends.

ACTIVITIES THAT WILL FOLLOW YOUR FULL ENROLLMENT.

You will receive a full information of the official activities that will take place between full registration and start of course.

Activities are summarised as follows:

1. Male students will be asked to get a black/or any dark executive dress (suit) with matching tie and shirt, preferably light colored shirt- white, blue etc. as shown in example photo at this page above..

2.Female students will be asked to get a nice light blue material suit as shown in this page above. Top coat + skirt or pantaloon or trouwser or full dress, as you wish) with matching white ladies shirt or blouwse.

3. We will send you your 'Golden' name badge.

Normally university students don't wear uniforms, that is right, but because our university is project based and all our students are from all parts of the country who can attend our activities any where in Ghana anytime, and also because we aim at creating a unique identifying executive image for our university, we require our students to attend our lectures and occasions and especially when making long journeys with this uniform to be able to be identified as belonging to us, we are arranging collective school/workmens' compensation insurance..

ORIENTATION BEFORE STUDIES

Our university seeks to get our students in regions and nationally to aquant and make physical contacts. We also aim to give a social, introductory and academic information to all our students and communities before start of studies.

In short we want to make an impact to the nation of the good intent and impact of our project for human, social, economic, academic & health development of the country.

-We want students to be comprehensively informed on their studies and University operations.

-We want to be known for the good reasons!.

-We want to contribute.

-We want to make a mark.

-We want to leave a lasting legacy.

To achieve these objectives we plan an orientation in this following sequence.

1.For each period enrollment we will have orientation sessions at live contact locations covering the whole country enrollments. Depending on the number of enrollments being large, medium or small, the following locations are targeted to be arranged to be our orientation locations.

a) GREATER ACCRA REGION or nationally.

Accra conference center with capacity of 1600 in Accra or British council auditorium.

b) Regional conference centers in capital cities of Ghana in case we get large numbers in a region. Meaning regional students don't need to come to Accra for the orientation. Targeted locations are private conference centers, Politechnics & university auditoriums and British council auditorium in Accra.
