The West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) is a type of standardized test taken in Anglophone West African countries,namely: Ghana,Liberia, Gambia, Nigeria and Sierra Leone.It is administered by WAEC (West African Examination Council). It is usually taken by students who wish to proceed to the University in their country or abroad.
The WASSCE is written 2 times a year ( May/June and Nov/Dec).
